DeKalb County CEO Lee May, who is under pressure to resign his post over corruption allegations, thinks the media is part of the problem.

While the media has been aggressive in its coverage of the county, May ordered the investigation that has led to calls for his resignation. A report released by former attorney general Mike Bowers called on May to resign over allegations the CEO borrowed money from a subordinate, Morris Williams, in violation of the county organizational act.
