Avondale Estates Police are investigating yet another break-in.

Police report that on Tuesday at 12:18 p.m. police responded to a burglary call on Nottingham Drive.

Police said the burglars took unspecified “electronic devices.” They believe the event occurred between 8:15 a.m. and 12:18 p.m.

Police responded to a burglary on Dec. 3 in the 900 block of Hess Drive. No items were reported missing.

On the afternoon of Nov. 29 officers responded to a call about a suspicious person and vehicle in the 1000 block of Clarendon Avenue. An air conditioning unit had been stolen from the back of the home. The home is unoccupied.

“Residents are reminded that the holiday season normally brings increased criminal activity,” the alert from the Police Department says. “Please lock residents and activate alarm systems in both homes and vehicles. Please be extra vigilant and report any and all suspicious activity, persons and vehicles to DeKalb 911 immediately.”
