Second annual Low Country Food Festival this Sunday, May 6, in Decatur

Get ready for the second annual Little City Low Country Food Festival is happening this Sunday, May 6 from 1 to 5 p.m. in Decatur.

The event is welcome to all ages. Tickets are $30 ahead of time and $35 at the door.

There will be live music and endless lowcountry food from local restaurants such as Kimball House, Twain’s, Steinbeck’s, and the Brick Store Pub. In addition, there will be wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages.

The festival will be held on Swanton Way in Decatur, which sits behind Big Tex.

All proceeds will go to the Giving Kitchen as well as Woodlands Garden. The Giving Kitchen works supports local restaurant employees, and the Woodlands Garden is a preserve of the Piedmont forest in Decatur.
