Avondale Art Walk will take place Saturday night, May 12

This Saturday, May 12, from 5 to 9 p.m., come out to the Avondale Art Walk. Hosted by the Avondale Downtown Development Authority, all ages are encouraged to come “celebrate Spring and the growing business district.”
The Art Walk will have space to walk and shop around, with local food, beverages, and live music for attendees to enjoy.
According to a recent press release, “Avondale’s Tudor Village will transform its front parking area into a temporary parklet where art walkers can relax in a bistro-like setting.”
In addition, from 2 to 10 p.m., Center Street will be closed from US 278 north to Potter Avenue, but Potter Avenue will still be open.
The event is free to attend.
