The segment of Dartmouth Avenue from Clarendon Place to Fairfield Plaza/Kingstone Road in Avondale Estates will become one-way from now until late September, according to an Avondale Estates press release.

The change will last through the end of pool season at the Avondale Swim and Tennis Club (ASTC), which is September 23.

During this time, only northbound vehicles will be permitted on that stretch of Dartmouth Avenue. The change runs concurrently with pool season at the ASTC and is being implemented to create a safe environment for increased foot and vehicle traffic around ASTC, the release said.
