A water main break is causing water pressure issues in Avondale Estates.

In an email to residents, the city said, “We are aware that there is a water main break in the area that is affecting the water pressure at homes in the vicinity of Fairfield Plaza, Fairfield Drive, Dartmouth, and Exeter. Some homes are experiencing no water at all, while others have very low pressure. DeKalb Watershed Management is in the process of assessing the situation and making repairs. No estimated time of completion has been shared with the City at this time.”

A county spokesperson said repairs are expected to be completed by 10 p.m.
