Kites Over DeKalb festival will be free and family-friendly

On Sunday, April 14, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., a Kites Over DeKalb festival will be put on by the Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs in DeKalb County.

Kites Over DeKalb is free and family-friendly. Attendees can look forward to bounce houses, contests, kite-flying demonstrations, music, food vendors, and a kite-making station.

The kite festival will be held at Wade Walker Park, located at 5605 Rockbridge Road in Stone Mountain.
