Editor’s note: Born in Alabama, live in Atlanta, smoking hot Bama wife, you know the deal.

Former U.S. Rep. Jo Bonner spoke to Fox 10 in Mobile, Ala. The anchor I watched as a kid growing up in Mobile, Bob Grip, spoke to him for 28 minutes about his new job as lobbyist for the University of Alabama System.

I’ve said quite a bit about this situation. I’ve made my concerns known, and I’m pleased to say several journalists expressed an interest in my work, and not just journalists from within Alabama. Whether they’ll pursue the leads I’ve generated is anyone’s guess, but I’m optimistic they will.

The Fox 10 video isn’t embeddable, but you can watch it by clicking here.

Everyone knows how I feel. Please take a moment to listen to the man. He’s an affable fellow, an effective congressman and I am sure he’ll be fine at the UAS lobbying job.

But that’s not the problem.

Bonner claims his sister, Judy, didn’t know about this until after he accepted the job. I say, prove it. There are ways to verify this, via records requests, if you know how.

Also, I want you to listen to Rep. Bonner answer Grip’s question about why he could not fulfill his obligation to voters and take the job after he’d finished his final term. Bonner says there are two reasons. The exchange begins around the 7 minute 30 second mark.

I have a quiz for you: What are Bonner’s two reasons for not waiting until he finished his term?

Leave your answers in the comments section, please.
