A new Decatur jewelry store and art gallery opens Monday where Alexia Gallery, another jewelry store, used to do business.

Aimee Jewelry & Gallery opens at 335 W. Ponce de Leon Ave. Normal hours will be 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday-Friday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.

Aimee’s takes over the space previously occupied by Alexia Gallery, which closed earlier this year following the death of the owner.
