After we broke the news that the old Scottish Rite property is currently tied up in a lawsuit, readers had lots of questions.

What are the terms of the lease between Community Center of South Decatur and Progressive Decatur, aka Progressive Redevelopment Inc.?

What were the terms of the purchase option that CCSD wants to execute to buy the property so Progressive Decatur can’t sell it?
