Fresh to Order has updated its plans for taking over the former Hola! Mexican Cantina space, announcing that its Decatur location will open in early September.

People who haven’t tried Fresh To Order can get free samples of its teas and lemonades every Wednesday and Friday starting Aug. 15 from 11 am to 2 pm. (UPDATE: Fresh to Order says the tastings have been delayed by one week. They will start next Friday, Aug. 22.) The tastings will be held at the store’s location on 205 E Ponce De Leon Ave.

Back in June, the CEO told Decaturish the plan was to have the restaurant open by the end of July, but the restaurant has revised its timeline since then. The company says it has plans to make Decatur one of its signature locations, something that will differ from the look and feel of other Fresh to Order stores. The fine-dining, low cost restaurant has about a dozen locations, mostly in the metro area.

“We are looking forward to meeting our Decatur neighbors and invite our neighbors to stop by the Decatur restaurant to try a sample of our made-from-scratch lemonade and freshly brewed teas,” Fresh to order CEO Pierre Panos said in apress release. “We are excited to become a part of the neighborhood and offer a taste of our fine, fresh, fast menu.”
