Starbucks may replace Cozy Burger

(CCA) – A burger joint at the Suburban Plaza with a cult-like following may soon be replaced by a Starbucks as part of a massive redevelopment there, Tomorrow’s News Today reports.
According to Tomorrow’s News, there’s a proposal for a Starbucks with a drive-thru that will be about 1,750 square feet. There’s currently a sign up at the restaurant that indicates it will be closed through Sept. 1 and will reopen Sept. 2. The restaurant opened in 2010.
Plans for a Dunkin’ Donuts across the street have been tabled indefinitely.
Not far away, the Starbucks at Emory Village recently opted not to renew its lease, but the location within the Barnes & Noble on Emory Campus will remain open.
