Customers bid Decatur’s Harbour House Pub bon voyage on Dec. 14.

“As much as we love the restaurant and our guests, new opportunities have come up and I have to make the right adjustments and sensible decisions to manage time and resources that are healthy for my family and me,” owner Sean Keenan said in a post on the restaurant’s Facebook page. 

The seafood restaurant had been open three and a half years, and was situated in a 100-year-old house on Church Street. The house has a spacious patio and passersby could usually hear the sound of an acoustic guitar playing for the customers. Eater Atlanta notes that the restaurant tweaked its name and menu earlier this year.

Keenan invited customers in on Sunday to enjoy a final meal before the pub sailed away.

“I want to thank all our wonderful guests that have supported Harbour so generously over the past three and a half years,” Keenan wrote. “I sincerely appreciate you!”
