A stellar season for the Decatur High girls basketball team came to a disappointing end on Saturday as the bulldogs lost the semifinal game to Laney High of Augusta, 63-37.

It was Decatur’s first appearance in a Final Four game in 43 years.

The lady Bulldogs finish 29-3 for the season. Decaturish will publish a full wrap-up of the game later this evening.
