DeKalb Police are on the look out for two men who attempted to rob the CVS on Lawrenceville Highway. A customer was wounded during the Thursday morning incident.

According to Capt. Steven Fore, at 9:15 a.m. on Sept. 3 officers responded to the drug store, located at 2586 Lawrenceville Highway. A witness said two men entered the location and attempted to rob it.

“At some point, a customer received a gunshot injury to the hand,” Fore said. “Prior to the suspects fleeing the location the men stole wallets and a cell phone from the customers inside. It has not been determined if money was taken from the store’s registers. A short time later a Dollar General located in the City of Clarkston near the 900 block of North Indian Creek was robbed. Detectives believe the same men are responsible.”

Fore did not provide a description of the suspects and no arrests have been made.
