Decatur’s new Waffle House is hosting a Waffle Eating Contest next month in honor of National Waffle Week.

It will be held Friday, Sep. 9, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The Decatur Waffle House is located at 515 North McDonough Street near City Hall.

The event flyer asks, “Who will be the waffle eating champion?”
