According to Atlanta Police, the victim was walking north on East Lake Boulevard Southeast when a red vehicle approached her. The male driver asked for her number. She ignored him and kept walking toward Glenwood Avenue Southeast. The man turned the car around and drove in the southbound lane, following the victim.
