Back in September, it was revealed that Mitch Steele, formerly of Stone Brewing in Escondido, Calif., is one of three partners involved in a project to open a craft brewery and brewpub in Poncey Highlands.

The brewpub would be located at 820 Ralph McGill Avenue. On March 16, the brewpub’s name was revealed.
