Sprouts Farmers Market, an organic grocery store, opened this week at the Decatur Crossing Development across the street from the Suburban Plaza development on North Decatur Road.

The store’s address is 2551 Blackmon Drive. The Decatur Crossing development is challenging to get in and out of at the moment, because there’s also a substantial amount of construction going on there. The Sprouts store offers a selection of organic and name brand products, with ample free samples for anyone who is feeling snacky. There’s fresh sushi, coffee and a butcher section that serves grass fed beef, among other items.

Across the street, another business could soon be open. First Watch, a daytime cafe restaurant chain, has a sign up and lists its opening as “soon.”

The chain has stores in 26 states.

“First Watch specializes in award-winning, made-to-order Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch,” the company’s website says. “A recipient of more than 200 ‘Best Breakfast’ and ‘Best Brunch’ accolades, First Watch offers traditional favorites, such as omelets, pancakes, sandwiches and salads, and unique specialty items like Quinoa Power Bowls, Avocado Toast and the Chickichanga.”
