Oakhurst band The Bitteroots returns to Eddie’s Attic
A band that formed in Oakhurst in 2008, called The Bitteroots, will be returning to Eddie’s Attic soon for their ninth annual show.
The Bitteroots are performing on May 20. Doors open at 6 p.m. and music starts at 6:45 p.m. with openers Brit La Palm & the Barrel Fever. Additionally, guest musician Sydney Rhame, a fellow artist local to Decatur, will be performing with The Bitteroots’ on stage.
“We’re really looking forward to this night,” Laura Dees, singer for the band, said in a recent press release. “We’ve always thought of Eddie’s Attic as kind of our home base, the place where we really started to come into our own as a band, and can’t wait to share the party with all our friends and fans.”
Lookout for a small stash of special edition ninth anniversary merchandise, such as tee shirts and posters, for sale at the concert.
