Atlanta Police say the driver of a silver Porsche is in custody following a fatal early morning accident on Ponce de Leon Avenue at Clifton Road on Thursday morning, Aug. 24.

The Porsche hit a motorcycle around 4 a.m. and the rider of the motorcycle was deceased when police arrived on the scene. The accident shut down part of Ponce de Leon for several hours.
