Police: Carjacking suspect needed victim’s help starting car

The Atlanta Police Department says a tipster helped them find a man suspected of a July 25 carjacking on Moreland Avenue.

Police said  Kentrell Dabney, 20, turned himself in on Aug. 7.

Dabney allegedly was unable to start the car and needed the victim’s help, police said.
