Decaturish will be hosting a candidate Q&A this evening, Sept. 25, starting promptly at 7 p.m.

The event will be held on the ground floor of the Decatur branch of the DeKalb County Public library, located at 215 Sycamore Street Decatur, GA 30030.

Parking is available at the library. The event will be held on the ground floor. If you enter at street level, take the elevator down one floor.

Only one seat is contested in the Nov. 7 elections, the Decatur City Commission District 1 Post A seat being vacated by Fred Boykin. The Q&A with these candidates will be the main focus, but candidates running in uncontested races will make brief remarks prior to the start of the main event.

The event will also be recorded and the video posted on Decaturish for people who can’t attend.

Early voting for the Nov. 7 elections begins on Oct. 16.
