On Saturday, Nov. 4, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., come out to Tucker’s Sixth Bi-Annual Art Festival, ARTucker.

ARTucker will feature work from more than 50 artists for purchase, such as handmade jewelry, pottery, and paintings.

All are invited to visit this free marketplace to admire and purchase artwork, enjoy live music as well as art demonstrations like metalsmithing, jewelry-making, and clay sculpting.

Festival goers can attend a hands on jewelry-making workshop, led by the owner of Amalgam Arts, Wendy Tonsitis.

“I believe that coming together as artists celebrates our common love of creative expression, as well as sharing that love with our community,” Tonsitis said in a recent press release. “I think it is important to foster The Arts in every community. Celebrating the talents of a community will greatly enrich it.”

ARTucker will be held at the Tucker Recreation Center on 4898 Lavista Road. To view some of the featured artwork and stay up-to-date, check out the ARTucker Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/Artuckerga/.
