The Kirkwood Meet & Greet series with the candidates in the Atlanta City Council races continues this evening, Oct. 18.

The event, being held at The Pullman restaurant located at 1992 Hosea L. Williams Drive NE, features Bee Nguyen, candidate for House District 89, Alex Wan, candidate for Atlanta City Council President, and Cory Ruth, Candidate for City Council At Large will be joining us. The event starts at 7 p.m.

“Please come have a pint, meet the candidates, and learn about their stories, platforms, and vision for Atlanta (and our state),” the event announcement says. “Jon Gerson, Kirkwood Resident and Dan Wingate, owner of the Pullman, have been hosting a series of meet & greets for all local races affecting House District 89 and the Kirkwood neighborhood.  All events are posted on the Pullman’s website, http://www.thepullmanatl.com/, and on a public Facebook Group called “Kirkwood Meet & Greets” https://www.facebook.com/groups/KirkwoodMeetandGreets/ .”
