The annual Pine LakeFest returns this Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 7 and Oct. 8, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Pine LakeFest is a free two-day, family and pet-friendly shindig, filled with live music, food, arts and crafts, and a marketplace to display homemade art from regional artisans, including eight artists from Decatur.

This year, attendees will have the chance to test their chalk art skills, compete in sand sculpture challenges on the beach, and participate in the festival’s wild water parade, “Floatzilla!”

The festival will be held on the lake at 4620 Lakeshore Drive, Pine Lake 30072.
