The DeKalb County Police Department says it knows the make and model of a vehicle involved in a hit and run on Oct. 18.
The driver killed a 4-year-old child, Lun Thang, near Indian Creek Elementary School.
“Police are looking for a 2000-2001 charcoal grey, four door Toyota Camry,” the Police Department says. “The make and model was determined by paint chips recovered at the scene, as well as the lens from the passenger side headlight. The vehicle will have damage to the right front-end and the headlight may still illuminate, but at a decreased level.”
If you have any information about this vehicle, contact police.
“Anyone with information that may lead to the driver of this vehicle, is asked to call the DeKalb County
Police Traffic Specialist Unit at (770)724-7610,” the Police Department said.
