DeKalb County Police say that a 22-year-old man lost his life because he cut someone else off in traffic.

According to police, around 11:55 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 6, 22-year-old Cedric Williams was driving on Memorial Drive when he turned to go south on Columbia Drive. There were two passengers in his car.
