An apartment complex at Hardee Street in Atlanta is about to get a major overhaul with an emphasis on affordable housing.

Jonathan Rose Companies is currently under contract to buy the Edgewood Court property, according to a press release. The primary goal of the redevelopment is providing affordable housing.
