Decatur Bulldog Boosters’ 14th Annual “Run with the Dogs 5K” is coming up on Saturday, Jan. 20 at 9 a.m.

In addition to the 5K, there will be a 1-mile Pup Trot at 8:30 a.m. All are invited to participate in one or both races, with or without their dog.

Both races starting next to the high school football stadium on Commerce Street, dogs and people alike will follow a route through Decatur neighborhoods.

Participants who register by Jan. 9 will be guaranteed a race t-shirt. To register online now, visit: www.RWTD5k.com.

All money earned will go to support the athletic programs at Renfroe Middle School and Decatur High School. When you register, select the sports team you wish to support, and “the team with the most supporters will win a pizza party and additional funds for athletic gear and uniforms.”
