The city of Decatur says there will be a temporary road closure on East Parkwood Road on Feb. 21.

“Weather permitting, East Parkwood Road will be temporarily closed to through-traffic between Parkwood Lane and West Ponce de Leon on Wednesday, February 21, for removal of a hazardous tree,” the city’s Decatur Makeover site says. “Traffic delays are expected.”

The city suggests using West Parkwood road as an alternative.
