LifeLine Animal Project offering fee-waived adoption throughout Memorial Day weekend

As the Memorial Day holiday kicks off, LifeLine Animal Project is offering a fee-waived Memorial Day adoption promotion throughout the weekend.

Between Friday, May 25, and Sunday, May 27, every animal at the shelter may be adopted for no fee, according to LifeLine. The animal will also already be vaccinated, spayed or neutered, microchipped and more for no fee.

Adoption counselors will be on hand to help. The promotion ends on Sunday, and the shelters will be closed on Memorial Day.

LifeLine Cat Adoption Center, 3172 E Ponce de Leon Ave, Scottdale:


Fri – Sun, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

DeKalb County Animal Services, 3280 Chamblee Dunwoody Rd, Chamblee:


Fri: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m., Sat – Sun: 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Fulton County Animal Services, 860 Marietta Blvd NW, Atlanta


Fri: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m., Sat – Sun: 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
