LifeLine Animal Project to give free veterinary services to DeKalb pet owners, May 19

This Saturday, May 19, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., LifeLine Animal Project invites all DeKalb County pet owners to come out to Healthy Pets DeKalb, an event offering free veterinary care.

Held at Wade Walker Park in Stone Mountain, LifeLine will offer a variety of services, such as pet vaccinations, spay and neuter vouchers, and microchips, free-of-charge. In addition, they will offer free food, collars, and leashes for dogs and cats.

According to a recent press release, “by providing these services, our goal is to keep pets with their families and out of county shelters.”

Healthy Pets DeKalb is run on a first-come, first-serve basis, so no registration is required.
