Expect some traffic in downtown Decatur over the next two days.

Blount Construction will be resurfacing the intersection of Church Street and E. Ponce de Leon Avenue between Thursday, May 10 at 8:30 a.m. until Friday, May 11 at 6 p.m., according to the city of Decatur.

Traffic will be maintained at all times through lane shifts or one-way traffic with flaggers, though delays should be expected.

Commerce Drive, on both the east and west sides of downtown, are optional travel routes.
