Come rain or come shine, on Sept. 22, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Druid Hills will be holding its annual yard sale.

For a fee of $25, Druid Hills neighborhood residents can bring out their unwanted belongings to sell right in their front yard

In addition, the Druid Hills Civic Association will list “a map with location pins and addresses of all the participating homes” on their website, according to a recent press release.

Anything that isn’t sold in the Yard Sale can be donated to the American Kidney Foundation. A truck will circle through the neighborhood starting at 2:30 p.m., picking up leftover items.

Accepted items include: clothing, toys, china, linen, books, small electronics, and small household goods, all of which must be put in a bag or box labeled “American Kidney Foundation pick-up.” Note that the truck will not pick up items such as: large furniture, mattresses, box springs, and large appliances.

If you’d like the option to participate in this pick-up service, opt to join the list when signing up for the Yard Sale.

As of right now, there are 43 people registered. To register now, click here.
