Celebrated chef will oversee menu at fancy senior living community near EmoryA rendering of The Holbrook Decatur

The Holbrook Decatur, an upscale senior living community under construction near Emory University, recently announced the chef heading up its menu.
Tom McEachern will be Holbrook’s Director of Culinary Services. McEachern, a James Beard Foundation Rising Star of American Cuisine, has some TV credits to his name, with appearances on “Chopped” and “Great Chefs-Great Cities.” He’s worked at The 1848 House Restaurant, Ray’s on the River and The Capital Grille.
“Chef McEachern takes our brand to the next level by integrating Farm to Table organic practices to well-being protocols that changes lives forever and inspires wonder,” Al Holbrook, founder The Holbrook, said in a press release.
According to the press release, the menu “is all sourced from local farmers providing farm to table whole foods designed to enhance healthy living and a discerning palate.”
Holbrook in Decatur is expected to open in the spring of 2019 at 1882 Clairmont Road. Monthly rents start at $3,650 and go all the way up to $7,000 per month.
