LifeLine Animal Shelter offering free adoptions throughout September

In an effort to increase adoptions for the 1200 homeless animals currently in their care, LifeLine Animal Project is offering free adoptions for hundreds of pets through a “Treat Yourself” promotion throughout September.

According to LifeLine, the pets are all already spayed or neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.

“Treating yourself to the gift of pet adoption can reap life-changing rewards,” LifeLine chief marketing officer Heather Friedman said. “During the summer months, we experience an influx of pets filling our shelters. It’s the perfect time to remind everyone that adopting a pet not only saves a life, but it fills human lives with unpredictable joy and unconditional love as well.”
