DeKalb County’s Department of Watershed Management is replacing 200 feet of water pipe in Clarkston, and recently announced that the work should be finished by Oct. 26.
“On Oct. 1, DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management began the project, which is taking place along Market Street, from Vaughn Street to East Ponce de Leon Avenue, and from Church Street to Roland Street,” the county says. “Crews will continue repair work around the clock Monday through Friday, weather permitting. Traffic personnel will be onsite to guide motorists safely through the area. Those traveling in the area should expect delays.”
