This Saturday and Sunday, Pine Lake LakeFest is celebrating its 18th annual festival, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Oct. 6, and noon to 6 p.m. on Oct. 7.
The address for the festival is 4580 Lakeshore Drive, Pine Lake, GA 30072.
LakeFest is a free weekend festival, bringing in hand-crafted work from 50 artists and crafters, live music from more than 12 bands, food and drinks, a pet show, and more to Pine Lake – and the festivities are both dog and family-friendly.
In addition, the annual Floatzilla! Water Parade will be back on Saturday afternoon, beginning at 3:30 p.m. Attendees are invited to watch the parade, or enter in Floatzilla! with their own float.
All non-motorized floats are welcome to participate, but they must be decorated in the theme of “Super Heroes.” The “Most Creative,” “Most Super Hero,” and “Best Overall” floats will win a prize.
