Soyia Ellison is the latest contestant from the Decatur area to make an appearance on the ‘Jeopardy!’ game show.

Ellison is a nonprofit communications professional from Decatur, Ga. She will make her debut on Oct. 29.

Other local contestants have included attorney Adam Francois Watkins, DeKalb County GOP Chairman Lane Flynn, Lilly Chin, who hails from greater Decatur, and Decatur resident Claudia Stucke.

The show airs Monday through Friday at 7:30 p.m. on Atlanta’s 11 Alive.
