State Sen. Michael Williams brought his “Deportation Bus Tour” event through Clarkston and Decatur back in May, hoping to improve his chances in the state gubernatorial primary.

That didn’t pan out and he came in dead last in the primary. But Williams, whose deportation bus purported to carry “murderers, rapists, kidnappers, child molestors and other criminals” has run into another setback. According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, he’s been indicted.

He’s being accused of insurance fraud, making false statements and making a false report of a crime, according to the AJC.
