Gail Rothman, Executive Director of the Decatur Education Foundation, has accepted a position on the board of directors for the National School Foundation Association (NSFA).

The Decatur Education Foundation supports Decatur students.

Rothman recently accepted her elected role after serving as “an active member of the industry organization for many years,” according to a recent press release. She will fill the position as a co-chair of NSFA Industry Leadership Council.

Prior to accepting her board position, Rothman has been a workshop presenter and conference panelist as well as the Georgia representative for NSFA Industry Leadership Council.

“The NSFA has been a fundamental resource for me during my ten-year tenure at DEF,” Rothman said in a recent press release. “The connections I have made and the best practices I have gleaned through the NSFA have helped me grow in my role as executive director, and I’m honored to have been asked to serve on the board.”
