We just wanted to let our readers know that the site underwent maintenance on Feb. 14. The maintenance was completed earlier than expected.

For anyone interested, our website designer is Valene Ashia. She’s great and you should give her a call if you need any help with your company’s web page.

The maintenance is intended to fix a few issues remaining from our redesign that launched in December. One feature we will be implementing is a business directory that will provide readers with listings from our advertisers. We want to make it easier for you to find ways to support the businesses that support us and keep our news free for everyone.

On that note, if you haven’t become a paid subscriber yet, now’s a good time to do it. We are currently hovering around 460 subscribers and we’d like to get to 500 by the end of March.
