On March 9 and 10, the Atlanta Sci-fi and Fantasy Expo (ASFE) will be back for the fifth year, bringing two days of gaming tournaments, live entertainment, panels, workshops, and a Vendor Hall/Artist’s Alley for free to the public.

ASFE will be held in North DeKalb Mall, located at the intersection of North Druid Hills Road and Lawrenceville Highway. Fans can look forward to interacting with pop culture creators including actors, animators, content developers, artists, game designers, writers, modelers, and cosplayers.

“ASFE’s show runners are all life-long fans of all things geeky and wanted to provide an opportunity for the community to experience a full-scale fan event without some of the typical expenses,” according to the ASFE website.

Expo events will go on from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday, March 9, and noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday, March 10.

Decaturish.com is one of the event’s sponsors.

Sponsors help keep this event free and open to the public.

Those interested in attending can go to www.atlantascifiexpo.com to view the two-day schedule, see guest creators, check out last year’s expo, and more.
