On Saturday, May 18, at noon, the Decatur Arts Alliance is hosting Buildings Art and Brew, a pub crawl with sights of contemporary art and Decatur’s historic buildings.

There will be six pub stops, and each one will serve one beer to tour-goers, included in the ticket price. Attendees can look forward to visiting the following historic pubs in Decatur:

– Steinbeck’s

– Scout

– Brickstore Pub

– Square Pub

– Deer and Dove

– Kimball House

Attendees will check in at Steinbeck’s, located at 529 East Lake Drive in Oakhurst, and a trolley will offer rides to downtown Decatur for the rest of the tour.

“Grab your art friends and history buffs for a crawl infused with something for everyone,” the event announcement says. “This tour is perfect for art, history and architecture lovers, Decatur locals looking to know more about where they live, and visitors looking to see a secret side of Decatur.”

Tickets are $40 for people 21 and up, and $20 for designated drivers.
