About 20 customers in the southern part of the city of Decatur were without water on June 6 due to a water main break on Candler Drive.

The break occurred at 160 Candler Drive and it is also affecting South Candler Street, according to the county.

“Be advised water services will be restored when crews complete all necessary emergency repairs,” a county spokesperson said.

As of June 7, the problem had been resolved and water service was restored.
