Bill Rosenfeld will seek a second term on the Tucker City Council.

He filed his qualification papers for District 1 Post 2 on Aug. 19. The election is Nov. 5.

“I’m ready and excited to share the great things we’ve been working on in Tucker and share my ideas and vision for the next term as your City Councilman,” he said.

Rosenfeld owns Rosenfeld Jewelry LTD in Tucker. He is married to Carmen they have two children and six grandchildren.

“Bill considers it an honor to serve on the City Council for the City of Tucker,” his campaign website says. “Over these past three years, Tucker has seem some great changes and improvements. But there is a lot more to be done. And Bill is committed to continuing the great work he and the City Council have already done.  Bill not only talks the talk but as you can see he walks the walk.  His dedication to his business and to the many organizations he belongs to brings a lot of knowledge and experience to the table. His involvement with Tucker together and Tucker 2015 was instrumental in forming the new city of Tucker.  Bill has won numerous awards during the past 3 years representing the city and the training he has done to be your City Council Member. Bill wants to protect the quality of life we presently enjoy in Tucker. Resilient and sustainable growth protecting the community from toxic growth that could negatively impact our future.”

His campaign website adds, “One of the most important things we can accomplish as a city is to make sure our city government is qualified, transparent and honest, as they go about their endeavors to run a city that we can all be proud of. ”
