Montreal Road in Tucker will remain closed until the morning of Aug. 20

The city of Tucker reports that Montreal Road in the city is expected to reopen by Tuesday morning, Aug. 20.
The road had been closed due to railroad work on Montreal and Brockett Roads.
“The CSX railroad work is complete on Brockett Road,” the city said. “Due to unforeseen circumstances, CSX is keeping Montreal Road closed until Tuesday to finish laying asphalt. It is expected that Montreal will reopen on Tuesday morning. We will provide any updates on the project as we get them.”
