Shooting at Knights Inn in Tucker leaves man critically wounded
A shooting at the Knights Inn in Tucker on Aug. 29 drew a huge police response and left a man critically wounded.
The suspect hasn’t been apprehended, police said.
Officers responded to the scene on Lawrenceville Highway around 12:15 p.m.
“When officers arrived they located an adult male who had been shot several times,” a police spokesperson said. “The victim was transported to a local hospital in critical condition. Detectives have learned that there was a possible dispute between the victim and the suspect. The suspect shot the victim several times and fled in an unknown direction. Detectives are interviewing witnesses to determine what happened. The suspect is not in custody and the investigation is ongoing.”
