(UPDATE) DeKalb County to host public meeting about sewer rehabilitation project in Decatur

On Tuesday evening, Oct. 15, at 6:30 p.m., the DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management is hosting a Community Meeting to launch the Hood Circle Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project.

This project is for sewer rehabilitation in the Oakhurst neighborhood, but will directly affect the following streets, according to a recent press release: Second Avenue, Third Avenue, Hood Circle and East Lake.

The Community Meeting will be held at the Decatur Recreation Center, located at 231 Sycamore Street in Decatur.

All are invited to attend the meeting. Free parking is available at the Library.
